But do we really need to stick to Scrum or Kanban on team level? Do we really need to stick to SAFe or DAD on the organizational level?
What if, to be truly agile, one has to use the waterfall?
This talk will go through some techniques originating from traditional methodologies, that the author finds useful and valuable to be incorporated in agile organization work. Some examples of how and when those techniques can be applied will also be shown.
