Zbigniew Skowron

Zbigniew is developing in C++ for over 10 years. He has lots of experience in refactoring old code bases and always looking for new ways to simplify and modernize the code.

As an active member of Warsaw's C++ User's Group, he exercises his passion for sharing knowledge with others.

Currently employed as a Senior Engineer at bio-informatics company RowAnalytics, previously Principal Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute Poland.

Simplifying control flow (2018)


In this talk I will briefly introduce a few code complexity metrics and give tips on how to write code that satisfies them.

I will focus on techniques usable at the function level, that will make code easier to follow, review and modify.

I will try to convince the audience that it's possible to write code that can be understood after just a single read.
